Today is my most favorite blog post I’ve ever composed! After almost a year of writing this blog of mine, I’m so giddy to finally share more photos of our little home with y’all today, especially as it’s decorated for Christmas!
Christmastime is truly the most wonderful time of year in my eyes because I absolutely adore decorating for the season! Growing up, my mama had a mini Christmas tree in every room (in addition to our large tree in the living room) and it matched the decor of that room with a theme. So, there was always a patriotic tree, a kitchen tree with little coffee cups, whisks, and gingerbread men ornaments, a tree that matched each of her children’s rooms (she still keeps out my ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’ tree in my room!), etc. So needless to say… I get my love of not only Christmas decor from my mom, but also my love for a good theme!
Because we live in a small one bedroom apartment, it makes the most sense to keep my Christmas decor cohesive throughout the space so that it all ties together. Well, when you have pops of pink in every room of the house… you go with it! I’m so grateful that I married a man who not only tolerates my love of pink but encourages it because as he says, “I’m well aware of who I married”. Bless him! 😍
So with that said, I hope you enjoy a tour throughout our little home during this Christmas season! Pink and merry and in all it’s glory!
Welcome in, y’all! 💕
I hope this home tour feels as if I’ve invited you over for cider and cookies! Because really, if I could do that for each and every one of you reading, I would! There is nothing that brings me more joy than opening up my home and having friends feel warm, cozy, and welcome… especially during the Christmas season!
Because so many of the items in our home have been accumulated over time, I can’t necessarily link everything online for y’all. However, I did my best to round-up some exact or very similar items in the slider below that you see throughout these photos in case you’re interested in purchasing! And if I missed something you have your eye on, always feel free to reach out and ask where items were purchased so I can do my best at helping you find something for yourself!
Merry Christmas, from our home to yours!
