Hello again, Monday! It was a weekend of trying to catch up on sleep and rest before our lives really ramp up for an upcoming season of travel and events! In that time of rest, I made sure to catch up on the stack of catalogs and magazines I’ve been neglecting to get to. To be honest, sometimes I never get through my seemingly never-ending stack. However, when I saw the most recent Williams Sonoma Home catalog come to our doorstep this past week… I couldn’t wait to open it up! I’ve taken my time to slowly soak up and absorb every single little detail I can with their new collection and I still can’t get enough of it. So much so, that I decided I needed to share all about it here today!
Happy Wednesday! Though our Bay Area weather is still a bit touch and go in springtime, this girl is ready for some serious outdoor living! I have always dreamed of owning a home and living somewhere where outdoor living is a prominent part of life. Whether that is on a wrap-around porch, backyard patio, or deck…I’d be happy! I love being able to step outside for a breath of fresh air with my morning coffee, be able to relax in a comfy chair (preferably rocking) with a cool glass of sweet tea on a balmy afternoon, and alfresco dining under twinkle lights on a warm summer night. Sounds so dreamy, doesn’t it?!
Warning: today’s post is kinda random. But I felt by me confessing something, perhaps there are others out there reading that are in the same boat and we can start a support group and get inspired together 😉 Okay, so here goes. Here’s my confession: I love cookbooks. BUT…
It’s Friday! We made it! Barely, for this Bay Area gal. The rainstorms haven’t let up all week and I’m forgetting what the sun looks like! So needless to say, I can’t wait for the predicted forecast of blue skies this weekend! Another thing that is mood-boosting? This Galentines table inspiration!
Happy Friday! It’s been a fun and busy week for me! If you didn’t catch Wednesday’s post, I recommend reading that first! It’s a good one 🙂 As for today’s post – a short but sweet Friday Favorites (Remember those?! It’s been too long!) sharing some things that are on my radar this week!
One year ago today, I pressed ‘publish’ to make this website go live and share it for the whole world to read and see! I was excited, happy, and incredibly nervous… but knew that my prayers leading up to that point led me to ultimately feel like going live just felt ‘right’.
Happy Friday! As you’re heading into this weekend just before Christmas, there may be a good chance you’re preparing for company! Whether its immediate or extended family coming into town, your kiddos home from college or wherever they may be living, dear family friends, or anyone else who needs a place to stay… I’ve teamed up with Wayfair to help bring y’all some tips to make whoever you have coming into your home feel warm and welcome this Holiday season!
Happy October! I say this every year, but the autumn season seems to always fly by in a flash. It’s as if I sip my Pumpkin Spice Latte and blink and it’s the Christmas season! But I think that’s why I love fall so much…. it’s the season preparing us for Christmas! Either way, it always tends to go by so darn quick, so today I wanted to share my fall to-do/bucket list of things I want to be intentional about doing before the busyness of the holidays kicks in!
Do you ever feel like you need a vacation from your vacation? As in, you experience a time away from home and work and no matter how prepared you feel to leave, how much you think you’ll get done while away, how much you’ll relax, or how much fun you have while on your vacation… you still come home exhausted and staring at piles of laundry and chaos? This is me.
