Aloha! I have finally narrowed down the many photos I took while on our Hawaii trip and I’ve turned them into a two-part travel guide! I’m blessed to say I’ve been to Maui a handful of times and so I’m excited to compile some of my favorite things about the island here for y’all!
Aloha! My oh my, life been busy lately! I often dislike using the word ‘busy’, as our society loves to use it as an answer to the question ‘how are you?’, buuuut gosh… things really have been, well… busy! Since my last post, I’ve been in a dear friend’s wedding in Sonoma County, been working lots (nannying), and been working a lot on trying to figure out details on what’s to come for us the next few months! Phew! Let’s catch up a bit, shall we?!
I’ve been super excited to get this post live but it’s taken me a bit longer to finish than expected for 2 reasons: 1) These are likely my favorite photos I’ve ever taken personally, so I really wanted to take my time editing them and getting them just right! 2) The weather here has been unreal the last few days and I’ve been playing a little hooky out at my parents house laying by the pool and soaking up every ray I can while pretending it’s summer! It’s back to work/reality for me today but at least it comes with all this Palm Springs eye candy I’m excited to share!
Happy Monday! I’m writing this with a space heater on high, wearing 5 layers, and looking out the window at cloudy and cold skies. What a letdown after what I’m about to share with you! We had such a fun weekend celebrating our fabulous bride-to-be and I wanted to share some of the highlights with y’all today!
Valentine’s Day? Check. Now we’re officially done with winter! Well, in my mind at least… Ha! So it’s no surprise that I’m craving some seriously warm weather and day dreaming about a vacation that involves a swimsuit, sunscreen, a floppy hat, and a refreshing cocktail in hand!
One year ago today, I pressed ‘publish’ to make this website go live and share it for the whole world to read and see! I was excited, happy, and incredibly nervous… but knew that my prayers leading up to that point led me to ultimately feel like going live just felt ‘right’.
Happy Friday! As I mentioned last week, we celebrated our first wedding anniversary with a day “trip” in the city. We live only 20 minutes away from SF, but we don’t often spend much time there! But recently, we’ve made a pact to try to see and explore as much as the city has to offer while we live here. We’re in the process of making ourselves a bucket list of things to see and do and I wanted to start sharing it with y’all here! My goal is that as we check off our own list, I can blog it so that eventually y’all will have a pretty good tour guide compilation here on amybethcampbell.com for if you’re ever visiting the SF Bay Area!
Phew! I don’t know about y’all, but after I composed and published all those wedding posts, I needed a vacation! Well, not really… I worked (my day job is nannying!) and checked off a seemingly absurd amount of to do’s all week. Buuuut, I figured today would be the perfect opportunity to journey back to what we were actually up to exactly a year ago…. honeymooning in Bora Bora!
